Qualification & Coaching

Besides engaging in research and consultancy, the Institute’s aim is to provide services to teachers, school leaders, representatives of municipalities, cantons, ministries, and authorities as well as individuals in charge of the quality and development of educational institutions.

In addition, the IBB organizes the World Education Leadership Symposium (WELS) and its pre-conference, the International Seminar, as well as the Innovation Forum Switzerland and leads or supports other professional networks for science and practice (including school networks).
