Research & Development

Projects at the IBB can usually be assigned to one of the three subject areas (organized in working groups):

1. Organization, Quality and Development in Education
2. Teacher Education, Leadership Development and Human Resource Management in Teacher Education, Leadership Development and Human Resource Management in Education
3. Youth Research (Education and Perspectives)

Many of these projects are interesting projects from both a scientific and an educational policy as well as a school practice perspective. The results of the research and development activities are transferred back into the professional field in the sense of a knowledge transfer. In this way, the IBB promotes the further development of the education system.
